baking class

so last saturday (30 november) i went to a trial baking class with my friends!!

i'm a newbie when it comes to baking, so i wasn't confident with my skills and everything. one of my friends loves baking, so i'm sure she'll be fine! before we went to the class we ate lunch first. we ate quickly (kind of) since we're so afraid to be late for class. luckily, the restaurant prepared our foods quickly and tasted nice too. phew!

when we arrived at the class (called a b c cooking studio), we were just in time. first thing we did was checking in, and then keeping our stuff in the locker box, putting on our apron, and wash our hands. p much preparing ourselves before the class. i had some difficulties with using the tools and everything since i have almost never baked anything in my whole life. the teacher was kind tho, he helped everyone who was struggling (especially me, i struggled the most definitely hhhhhh).

the cake that we made that day is called caramel crunch cake and we can bring home the cake we made! i tried the cake when i'm hone and i love it so much. i might join the actual classes because suddenly i'm into baking now?? or idk, i just find the class to be fun (and i got to bring the cake home too).

AAAAAAA finally posted the diary for the first time!!
it's around half past 10 pm and i finally finished my about page (kind of...)! also started doing my graphics collection page for stuff like blinkies etc that i found and collected from around the web. it's fun collecting those!!

i also just watched a film with my mom and brother (and mba'). bila esok ibu tiada is the title. ished a few tears watching it ; ;
